I am Dur-e-Nayab, a BS Human Nutrition and Dietetics student at NUST School of Health Sciences. My academic foundation includes human nutrition, dietetics, clinical nutrition, public health nutrition, nutritional assessment, food science, sensory evaluation, functional foods, nutraceuticals, food microbiology, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, and biostatistics. I am interested in both clinical and food-industry sides of nutrition. My current interests include clinical nutrition, hospital dietetics, patient-centred communication, therapeutic diet awareness, food safety, food product development, public health nutrition, wellness education, women's nutrition, micronutrient deficiencies, and research.
